Verdict
Swipey AI packs a lot into one web app: four companion types, including AI versions of verified real creators, a character builder, group chats, voice calls and video scenes, plus Duels and relationship levels. The official Premium price of $7.99 a month is low, but many features cost Hearts, whose pack prices are not published, and a third-party listing puts the one-month price at $19.99. Its Trustpilot score of 3.0 is pulled down by reports of unrecognised recurring charges and billing after cancellation, and purchases are non-refundable unless the law requires otherwise. It suits users who want media and creator content and are willing to watch their bank statements closely.

Overview
Swipey AI is run by INVAI LTD, a company registered in Nicosia, Cyprus (HE 458964), which names no team members. It is not connected to Swipey, a Malaysian payments company. The service launched in 2025 and runs only in the browser as a progressive web app, so App Store or Google Play apps using the name are not official. It combines adult companion chat with a TikTok-style feed of AI-generated photos, videos and stories. It offers four companion types: Swipey's own models, AI versions of real verified creators unlocked through paid Fan Clubs, private Custom AI companions and Community characters made by other users. Game-like extras include Duels between characters, 15 relationship levels with reward videos, quests and a prize wheel.
Images come in realistic or anime style, either in chat or from a separate Generator. Premium adds voice messages, real-time voice calls billed per minute in Hearts with a saved transcript, and video scenes you extend in steps of up to 60 seconds. Group chats put you with two companions in a chosen scenario, with group videos of up to 10 seconds. Companions keep memory cards that Premium users can view and delete, but the help center does not mention editing them. Swipey does not name the AI models behind its chat or images. Prices are charged in US dollars, or in euros in the EU.

Pricing
The official pricing page (October 2026) lists Premium at $7.99 a month, billed monthly, with payment by Visa, Mastercard or crypto. The help center also describes 3-month and 12-month plans, with the yearly plan cheapest per month, but shows their prices only on the Premium page before payment. Aimojo, a third-party site, lists $19.99 for one month, $15.99 a month on 3 months ($47.97 billed) and $7.99 a month on 12 months ($95.88 billed), which would make $7.99 the yearly rate. Charges are in US dollars, or in euros in the EU.
| Plan | Monthly | Yearly plan | What you get |
|---|---|---|---|
| Free | Free | — | No card, 20 Hearts after email verification, chat with Swipey and Verified Creator characters, a few Duels |
| Premium | $7.99/mo | — | From $7.99 a month: unlimited NSFW chat and images, voice messages and calls, video scenes up to 60 seconds, one Fan Club and bonus Hearts |
Hearts pay for per-minute voice calls, video scene extensions, Play With Me live actions, creator media and tips. Each 1- or 3-month payment adds 200 bonus Hearts, and the first yearly payment adds 300. Heart pack prices are not published, but a Trustpilot reviewer reports paying $50 for 520 Hearts and says many items cost 300 Hearts or more. Extra Fan Clubs are separate subscriptions. Subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current price. All purchases are final unless the law requires a refund, and support reviews refund requests case by case.

Privacy & safety
Swipey AI names its Cyprus operator, says it never sells data and has no known breaches. However, its undated privacy policy keeps data for about six years, does not say whether chats train AI, and lets moderation staff read flagged chats.
- CautionThe privacy policy has no last-updated date. It says data is usually kept for six years after you leave and does not say whether chats are used to train AI models. It names Google Analytics and unnamed advertising networks as data sources.
- CautionA moderation filter scans conversations, and staff may review flagged chats. The terms let Swipey use what you type to improve the service, and voice data to improve voice calls.
- CautionOfficial pages disagree on how charges appear. The help center says SWIPEY.AI or INVAI LTD, while the pricing page promises a neutral merchant name.
- NoteThe operator, INVAI LTD, is a registered Cyprus company. The help center says data is encrypted and never sold, and you can delete your account from Settings. No breaches, lawsuits or regulator actions found.
What users say
Trustpilot shows 3.0 out of 5 from 37 reviews (October 2026), split between 41% one-star and 30% five-star. The most common complaint, from August to October 2026, is unrecognised recurring charges of $39.99 or €39.99 and billing that continued after cancellation requests. Others cite inaccurate or failed images and videos, dropped calls and characters losing track, and one January 2026 reviewer alleges a refund was offered in return for removing a review. Positive reviews praise engaging chats, improving memory, character variety and the Discord community. DatingSiteSpot rated it 3.8 out of 5 in July 2026, but there are no store apps and little discussion on Reddit, so independent feedback is limited.
Swipey AI FAQ
Is Swipey AI free?
Yes. No card is needed, and verifying your email gives 20 free Hearts. Free users can chat with Swipey's own characters and Verified Creators, browse Community characters, watch a couple of live Duels, spin the prize wheel and do quests.
