Verdict
SpicyMate covers the basics of an adult girlfriend app: chat, a five-step character builder, and image and video generation with poses, scenes and prompts of up to 2,000 characters. Much of the rest is unclear. No plan or credit prices are shown before you sign in with Google, the free tier is described only as limited (the terms give 10 messages as an example), and credits expire at the end of each billing period. The operator was incorporated in June 2026 and has one director who lives in China, its policies look adapted from a 2024 template, and there are no store apps, Trustpilot reviews or Reddit threads to judge it by.

Overview
SpicyMate is run by WEPHOTO TECHNOLOGY LIMITED, a UK private limited company incorporated on 1 June 2026. Its registered office is in Cambridge, and it has a single director who lives in China. The spicymate.ai domain was registered in May 2026, and the service works only in the browser, with no iOS or Android app. It calls itself an AI girlfriend and character chat site. You can browse a 'For You' feed, chat with characters and build your own in five steps (General, Face, Body, Details and Result), with ages from 18 to 60.
A Generate page makes images and videos of your characters. You pick a character and a pose, can add a scene and a prompt of up to 2,000 characters, and can see your recent generations. There is no visible photo upload or face swap. Voice messages, calls and memory are not described on the site or in the terms, although one homepage banner hints at calls. The site has no FAQ, help centre or about page, does not name its AI model and does not say which languages chat supports.

As of October 2026, its Premium, Buy Credits and Manage subscription pages show no plans or amounts to visitors, so you see prices only after you sign in with Google and reach checkout. The terms describe monthly and annual subscriptions plus one-time credit purchases. The homepage advertises a 70% discount without saying what it is a discount on.

Privacy & safety
SpicyMate names its operator and lists GDPR-style rights, but the company is only months old, its only director lives in China and its policies appear to be adapted from a template. It usually keeps data for 6 years after you close your account and does not say whether your chats are used to train its AI.
- SeriousThe operator was incorporated in the UK on 1 June 2026, and its only director lives in China. The privacy policy has no section on international data transfers, names no AI or payment providers, and carries a December 2024 date, earlier than both the company and the domain.
- CautionThe policy says the moderation team reviews conversations, and that data is 'usually' kept for 6 years after an account is closed. It does not say whether chats are used to train AI models.
- CautionAge is only self-declared. The policy names Google Analytics and unnamed advertising networks, and data can pass to a buyer if the business is merged or sold.
- NoteThe policy lists GDPR-style rights, including erasure, handled through [email protected] with a one-month reply target, and says personal data is not sold without consent. No breaches or regulator actions found.
What users say
There is very little independent feedback. SpicyMate has no Trustpilot profile, no App Store or Google Play app to rate, and no Reddit threads or editorial reviews, and its name is easy to confuse with similar apps such as SpicyChat and SpicyMatch. Automated site checkers disagree. In July 2026 Gridinsoft rated it 66/100 ('Trusted but Verify') and found no security warnings, but pointed to the new domain and hidden registrant. Scam Detector's validator gives it a low trust score of 13.5/100 and cites blacklist detections.
SpicyMate FAQ
Is SpicyMate free?
Yes. You can sign in and chat for free, but the size of the free allowance is not published. The terms give 10 messages as an example, after which you are sent to the payment screen. It does not say what the free tier includes for images, video or custom characters.
How much does SpicyMate cost?
SpicyMate does not publish its prices.
Does SpicyMate allow adult content?
Yes. SpicyMate is for adults 18+, or the age of majority where you live. It advertises with 'no limits' banners, and its terms point to a US 2257 record-keeping statement, a document adult sites use, but no page lists which explicit content is allowed. Age is checked only by a self-declared age gate. Banned content includes anything that involves or resembles minors, violence, self-harm, hate speech and deceptive impersonation of real people or celebrities. An AI-based filter flags content, which staff may then review, and accounts can be suspended or closed.

It usually keeps data for 6 years after you close your account and does not say whether your chats are used to train its AI.
