Everything is metered in tokens: 1 per message on the plans page (the terms say two), 3 to 5 per image in chat, 5 per voice reply, 25 per new character and 10 to 100 per video. Token packs cost $10.50 for 150, $11.90 for 200 and $26.25 for 500. Private gallery unlocks cost 71 to 214 tokens, or $4.99 to $14.99 for non-pro users. The refund policy (April 2026) makes all subscription and token sales final; tokens come back automatically only when an image or video fails to generate.
