The operator is a Delaware company known only from the site's own pages, the homepage title uses the unrelated "Spicy Chat AI" name, and with no apps and no independent reviews, there is little outside evidence of how good the chat is.

Companions send voice notes and photos of themselves, and an image studio lets you describe an outfit or setting. The site says faces stay consistent across images. Real-time voice calls come with Studio Pro, and live video calls with lip-synced speech come with Studio Max. Calls are billed per minute from a coin balance and images use image credits, but the rates, the top-up prices and the calling time included in plans are not published. The site uses several currencies: G-points, coins for calls, image credits and tokens.
