Verdict
FlirtCam AI is a credible but early option. The operator is a named, registered Slovak company, the character builder covers looks, personality, reply tone and voice, and Premium adds explicit content, unblurred media and 1,000 tokens a month for images and video. Its 'cam' feature plays prepared clips rather than live two-way calls, Premium only promises 'better memory', and no official page explains how voice works. Prices are hidden until you register: third-party reviews from October 2026 list Premium at $12.99 for one month or about $5.99 a month on the yearly plan, refunds are limited to 24 hours, and there is very little independent user feedback.

- A detailed character builder covering style, looks, personality, reply tone and voice
- Realistic and anime image generation, plus image-to-video clips

- About $5.99 a month on the yearly plan, according to October 2026 third-party reviews
What's not

- A tiny free tier: a third-party review reports six messages in total, with blurred pictures
- The 'cam' feature plays prepared clips, not live two-way video calls
- No documented long-term or editable memory, and unclear voice support
- Refunds only within 24 hours, for card payments, and only if no more than 20 tokens were used

Overview
FlirtCam AI (styled FLIRTcam.AI) is run by DevPro s.r.o., a limited company in Nitra, Slovakia, that was registered in 2016. The company says the first version went live around the turn of 2024 and 2025, with the character builder added in mid-2025 and anime characters at the end of 2025. It works only in the browser, with no iOS or Android app. You can chat with about 200 female and 90 male ready-made characters or build your own, and put any character into 23 ready-made roleplay scenes, such as a stuck elevator or being snowed in. Chat starts at light flirting, and a more explicit mode opens with Premium.
The image generator makes realistic or anime pictures from a free-text prompt or a trait picker. The video generator animates a generated frame or an image from your on-site gallery; it needs a subscription and tokens. The 'cam' or video chat feature plays prepared clips for some characters, and the site says plainly that this is not a live performer or a two-way call. No long-term or editable memory is documented, and the site warns that characters may not remember every detail. Voice support is unclear: the terms mention voice notes and Premium tokens can pay for voice calls, but no official page explains how either works. The interface is in English, German, Spanish and French.

Pricing
FlirtCam AI shows prices only to registered users. A third-party review that checked prices on 2 October 2026 lists Premium at $12.99 for one month, $9.99 a month on the 3-month plan and about $5.99 a month on the 12-month plan, or roughly $72 for the year. Another affiliate page shows the same prices as 35% to 70% discounts off a $19.99 monthly list price, and one directory lists EUR 12.99 a month.
| Plan | Monthly | Yearly plan | What you get |
|---|---|---|---|
| Free | Free | — | Guest chat, then limited chat and SFW images on a free account; explicit mode and unblurred media are locked |
| Premium | $12.99/mo | $71.88/yr | Unlimited chat, explicit mode, 'better memory', unblurred images and videos, 1,000 tokens a month, faster replies and unlimited character creation |
Every Premium plan includes 1,000 tokens a month for images, video and voice calls. Extra token packs are sold separately, but their prices are not public, and a daily login rewards program also hands out tokens. Subscriptions renew automatically, and leftover tokens expire when a subscription ends. Subscription refunds must be requested within 24 hours and are refused once more than 20 tokens are used. Token packs can be refunded within 24 hours only if none were used. Both rules cover card payments only, and a chargeback ends access. You can pay by card, PayPal, Pay by Bank or cryptocurrency, and charges show as 'DevPro s.r.o. Nitra'.

Privacy & safety
FlirtCam AI is run by a named EU company with a dated, GDPR-based privacy policy and set retention periods, and no breaches are known. However, it does not say whether chats train its AI, it keeps chats for 18 months after you leave, and it uses Hotjar session recording.
- CautionThe privacy policy, revised on 3 April 2026, does not say whether chats are used to train AI models and names none of the AI providers the site uses. Chats and account data are kept for 18 months after an account closes.
- CautionThe site runs Google Analytics and Hotjar session recording and heatmaps, and data may be processed outside the EU under standard contractual clauses.
- NoteThe operator is a registered Slovak company bound by GDPR. Requests go to [email protected], complaints go to the Slovak data protection authority, and no data protection officer is named.
- NoteNo breaches, lawsuits or regulator actions found. A widely reported 2025 leak of chat screenshots involved a different app called FlirtAI.
What users say
There is little independent feedback. FlirtCam AI has no Trustpilot profile, no store apps and no Reddit discussion. The most detailed review is on an affiliate site that FlirtCam itself links to. It rates the service 4.8 out of 5 for its always-available video chats, custom companions and low yearly price, and criticises the six-message free tier and hidden prices. Press mentions in VICE and GQ South Africa quote a company spokesperson on AI companions in general, not on the product.
FlirtCam AI FAQ
Is FlirtCam AI free?
Yes. Guests can try the chat before signing up. A free account then gets chat and SFW images within usage limits that renew over time. An affiliate review from October 2026 describes the allowance as very small: three messages before registering and three after, with pictures blurred until you pay. Explicit content needs Premium.
How much does FlirtCam AI cost?
FlirtCam AI shows prices only to registered users. A third-party review that checked prices on 2 October 2026 lists Premium at $12.99 for one month, $9.99 a month on the 3-month plan and about $5.99 a month on the 12-month plan, or roughly $72 for the year. Another affiliate page shows the same prices as 35% to 70% discounts off a $19.99 monthly list price, and one directory lists EUR 12.99 a month.
Does FlirtCam AI allow adult content?
Yes. FlirtCam AI is for adults 18+. By default, chat stays at light flirting and romance. An explicit mode, along with unblurred images and videos, opens only with Premium. Users declare their age at signup, restricted content unlocks only after a successful payment, and Yoti age verification applies where the law requires it, such as in the UK. Content involving minors, sexual content about real people, using a real person's likeness without consent, impersonation, hate speech, violence and self-harm are banned. Some catalogue labels, such as 'Innocent Girl' and 'Tiny Girl', sound youth-coded, although those pages state ages of 18 or older.
